Structure and efficiency to our workflow

It provides clarity, not everyone is constantly distracted by emails that aren’t meant for them. Additionally, the draft response feature is a real time-saver, allowing us to provide customers with an initial standard reply right away. It also helps new colleagues avoid spending too much time figuring out how to phrase things to customers. The team o Tekst.ai is very approachable. You can reach out to them for support, but they also actively think along with us as a company and about how we work.
