The workflow engine running throughout CW1 is by far it's greatest asset. It allows for standardisation and automation, which is everything we're striving for as a forwarder. The Uk customs module is also first class and i've not seen better. The e-adapter is very good if you have your own developers. PAVE and visual boards means we could house basically everything in the application, with limited requirements for other software over and above.

This is great software and has my best recommendations! It has many modules such as forwarding, warehousing, customs, quotes, etc. They all are integrated and interlinked, have full accounting capabilities for accruals and invoicing, have HR features for scheduling, CRM, wide EDI with airlines/shipping lines updates, bookings, etc. If set up all these features correctly, your operations staff can boost their productivity significantly. By the way, it has many well-explained tutorial videos and user certification program for different knowledge levels.
