The rating engine is very powerful. I have tried to convince several forwarders in China how good this product is - they question why they need more efficiency - when they can just hire more staff 😅 It really is a software built on the "9 phases of Productivity": Phase One – Manual Phase Two – Computerized Phase Three – Enterprise Integration Phase Four – Supply Chain Integration Phase Five – Workflow Phase Six – Workflow Automation Phase Seven – Constraint Management Phase Eight – Buffer Management Phase Nine – Work Mix Management As a database tool also very powerful. Our technical skills would only be middle of the road, and as a result we would not be using all features/capabilities at full capacity yet - but we are still using some key features in powerful ways. There are too many aspects that we love about it.
