Windmill Makes Calibration and Peer Reviews Fast, Clear, and Support-Backed
Windmill has made calibration genuinely manageable. The 9-box grid, the clear facilitator vs. committee permissions, and the discrepancy detection that flags rating/feedback mismatches before the meeting have saved us a ton of prep time. The platform also simplified our peer review process by nudging reviewers to choose one dominant value and add a couple of concrete examples, rather than writing open-ended essays, which noticeably sped up completion. On top of that, the Windmill team has been truly hands-on with support—quick to jump on a call and walk us through setup or calibration questions in real time (shoutout to Georgia and Mark).
