Volaby has made managing our volunteers and programs a lot easier. Our volunteers can now apply for roles, pick their rosters and shifts, and submit availability all in one place. We previously were managing with multiple systems, but we love that we can do it all in one spot. It was really easy to get started on the system too, importing our own volunteers was easy and rosters require little manual work, volunteers just set availability or self-roster and then we manage as needed. We have found it to be really flexible and building complexity in the requirements for programs or onboarding is easy to add and update. Understanding impact and managing reporting is really helpful for both our volunteers and managers, the graphing tool is fantastic! There are things we want in Volaby but the team are really helpful in support and working with us on new features. It's also really useful that their support team is available to volunteers too.
