I like the customizability of reports, the ease of interfacing with Excel, and the streamlining of processes. One of the reports I use went from creating 50+ individual reports and emailing each one to the department manager to updating a single report template and giving the managers access to view it on Vena any time. Using the Task Bindings feature, I can lock down the report so each manager only sees their own department(s). If a change is needed, I only need to make it to the main template and all are updated. It is a huge time saver. Each year, I don't need to re-create reports for the new data, it is just a matter of updating the year that the report points at and everything else is automatic. This also reduces basic requests for account info since it is available to managers on demand, down to transaction-level details.

The link with Excel, how easy to create new report linked to Vena. The Netsuite and Vena intergration makes it really usefull. The support and onboarding of MCC/Vena was one of the best i've seen in my life.

I like that Vena is easy to maintain. I really like the interface because it allows us to do multiple things, like creating our own datasets. It can give us PowerPoint presentations, which is handy. I appreciate that Vena has AI already integrated, which enhances the way we report numbers. It's a very self-sufficient software and helps us by correcting its own mistakes, allowing us to monitor and make necessary changes to the output. The dataset creation feature is helpful, as it assists us in consolidating financial data for reporting. We don't have to manually check numbers for each entity anymore, and Vena provides a one-stop solution. The AI integration is particularly valuable because it provides accurate historical data when requested. Overall, these features improve our workflow significantly. Additionally, the customer support team is proactive in resolving any issues we face, which we truly appreciate.
