Note taking and Scheduling are what I like best. It allows me to be prepared and remember my appointments when necessary.

I like that it keeps all my leads in one place, and that I can track them efficiently. It makes it easier for me to stay organized and follow up without losing track of anything.

I really appreciate the flexibility in how we can configure the dialer settings: things like the queues, the number of attempts, call resolutions, etc.. It also makes the process straightforward and easy for the agents to use, because they don’t have to stop and think about who to call next; the system makes that decision for them.
