Easy to setup, nice dashboards and good integrations
Uptime is straightforward to set up and get running, and their documentation is thorough. There’s also a wide range of monitor types you can add. We recently migrated from an alternative partner that sunset their product, and within an hour we were fully up and running with a dashboard we could share internally.
We also liked that you can add SMS messaging as a monitor action, which we use for on-call staff. On top of that, it’s helpful that you can monitor cloud services such as Azure UK South Compute and Fabric.

Efficient Monitoring with a Clean UX
I find Uptime.com clean and lightweight, with a UX that's easy to navigate and not full of non-important stuff. The pricing is alright and was a reason for switching from another product. Setting it up was very easy, and although we probably only use a fraction of its services, we're happy with the ones we do use.
