TurnoverPing automatically creates a cleaning job for each checkout, assigns it to the right cleaner or team, and messages them via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Cleaners confirm by simply replying—no app, no login, and no new workflow to train. When reservations change (date changes, cancellations), TurnoverPing updates the corresponding cleaning job and notifies the cleaner so you don’t have to chase threads across text messages and calendar screenshots. You can also standardize turnovers with repeatable instructions (e.g., linen rules, restock notes) and optionally request photo proof, so you know the property is guest-ready before the next check-in.
