I like that truest holds me (and the people I work with) accountable to actually take the time to work on myself. Ths helps our team passively lead by example because we all make space for the career growth we know is ours to own.
Our business is funny because it is made up of a bunch of contractors, so there isn’t much of a tie that binds them. That said, they will come together for initial/ongoing training, and the truest mosaic is a great way for them to get to know each other and improve communication during the training process. We really care about all of our contractors career growth + creating value for them, but they aren’t really employees. So truest gives us something affordable that gives them a leg up for their own professional progress that also makes them more likely to be good communicators with our HQ through the year.
