I like that Monograph provides a solid picture of team staffing, showing who is available and who is overstaffed. It gives clarity on how many hours are being spent on a project, helping us recognize where we need to charge more or be more efficient. I also appreciate the invoicing and financial forecasting features, which give us clarity on when to bill and what to bill.

I like that Monograph is specifically built with architects and engineers in mind, focusing on being the best for one specific industry. They stay committed to this niche and are constantly improving, which is evident in how their reporting focuses on the industry needs. I find the initial setup to be pretty simple, which is great unless you're transitioning from another tool with a lot of existing projects.

I like that Monograph integrates time tracking, billing, and project planning into one platform. I also like that it has a visual display of information to help understand projects at a glance. I like that Monograph is a single platform that I, as a leader, can work with, my team can work with, and that clients can view. It makes it a one-stop shop for projects from start to finish, from planning to billing, and to look at for historical data in the future.
