Super uncomplicated, reliable communication. The system is intuitive to use. The support responds quickly and reliably, and on-site onboarding is offered if needed. I'm sure that once I've gone through the onboarding, the application will be regularly used by me.

Easy to use and very good service
Before Timly, we had problems tracking our machines and consumables. Now that our inventory is fully recorded, this works much better. After a short familiarization period, even employees who have trouble with technology can easily operate the software. The support was always helpful and friendly during setup and with general questions.
