The features which are commendable in TimeTap are as follows:- 1. Features and tools provided in this platform are very user-friendly. With this software, I am able to get real-time information about the engagements of each team member. The dashboard of this software also helps me to get detailed information on the scheduling of meetings with customers and the status of each engagement. 2. We customise the profile of our customers as per our requirement, we can keep such information of a customer only that is relevant to us. This helps us to understand the customer better. 3. I find the auto-generated text and email messages regarding meeting schedules phenomenal as they keep both my team and the clients in the loop and updated about the discussed schedule. This has made my team efficient as they are more aware of their schedule which in turn increases the organizational efficiency.

Easy to use, and works well with multiple commits. We use it for the scheduling of our Service Department.
