TMO does what our small loan business needs to help us professionally service the loans in our portfolio. Calculations are rock solid. Data is presented in several ways that help us understand the status of individual loans and our portfolio as a whole. For example, their recently added loan overview screen allows us to see the key data for each loan in one well laid out view. They offer several 3rd party tools integrated into TMO. We use a few of them to help provide online access for our clients, ACH direct debit and tracking of insurance status. It is web based giving us access from multiple locations and is available 24 hours a day.

I like the ease and flexibility of using The Mortgage Office Loan Servicing. I value the loan origination and transactions like check printed registers, which are very helpful for my day-to-day activities. It helps me check payments and clear those within time, saving a lot of time. The initial trainings were good, and there was a good amount of help provided to understand how it works. The team showed everything in detail and was available to help us even after we onboarded, which I appreciated.
