Easy user-interface, relatively inexpensive pricing, easy for tenants

Easy to use- this is my first landlord software. Easy to self teach, but customer service available if you can't figure it out. Easy to edit tenants, billing, etc- I have a lot of month to month tenants. Easy to change their lease info, payments, Good customer service- usually in a few hours- but always helpful and give you step by step instructions on how to get to desired location or how to make required changes.
