I'm most appreciative of Tanda's support - it is responsive and I feel that they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best solution for your business. It is easy to use, both as a manager and for my team. It integrates well with Xero and the Tanda team were instrumental in the implementation. As a daily user I tell other business users to use it to simplify their rostering and payroll.

We've been with Tanda since the early days - their third customer actually - and it's been really cool watching them grow and improve into the powerhouse they are today. Our gym managers absolutely love the shift auction feature. Before Tanda, covering sick calls or last-minute gaps was a pain - lots of phone calls, group chats, and manual shuffling. Now staff just pick up open shifts through the app and we're good to go. It's saved us tons of admin time and pretty much eliminated our short-staffing issues. The fitness award is notoriously complex and honestly a bit of a headache, but Tanda does all the heavy lifting on the compliance side. We don't stress about penalty rates or overtime calculations anymore - it just handles it. The support team is genuinely helpful when we need them, and the platform itself is straightforward enough that our managers got the hang of it pretty quickly.
