Great streamlined system - easy to use even for non Payroll professionals

It’s easy to use and automatically calculates all your earnings. Being able to communicate directly with the consultants is also really helpful — Nicola in particular was amazing, very supportive, and sorted the issue out quickly. Easy Implementation.

If you have Award-covered employees, you need Tanda

Everyone has the same version of Tanda, meaning your off-the-shelf version doesn't need too much implementation to set up the more complex items, like award compliance / time and attendance. Given the frequent significant changes to employment law in Australia, Tanda gives you full confidence that you're compliant with their expert team and fast response to new guidance. It's not a Frankenstein system - the payroll, HR and time and attendance models are all actually created by Tanda, not bolt ons or whitelabelled versions from other providers. The implementation was smooth, our implementation manager Alex Dyson was knowledgeable and supportive throughout.
