Syncron Makes Inventoy management Easier

I used Syncron Inventory in my previous company and was the driving force behind us adopting it at my current organisation. The tool has certainly made life easier for me by taking on the hard, manual tasks. We have been able to take on new franchises without the need to employ more staff whilst also reducing my manual tasks by 3-4 hours allowing me to concentrate on more strategic activities. In addition, we have been able to realise service levels above 97% on our fast moving parts

Great tool for spare parts planning

Efficient Pricing and Seamless Integration with Syncron

I have been using Syncron Service Lifecycle Management for three years, primarily for inventory and pricing. What initially caught my eye about Syncron were the competitor price modules and the pricing logic rules, which made it stand out during our review of multiple software options. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with S4 Hana, coupled with the excellent continuous support from Syncron, which were crucial factors in our decision to select it over other vendors. The product significantly enhances our pricing strategies related to competitor modules, enabling us to undercut the market effectively. This allows us to capture more market share and improve our gross margin. The bulk pricing and price list revisions are among the most useful features to me, as they grant the ability to price parts based on our specific rules, eliminating extensive hours of manual work. Furthermore, I am impressed by Syncron's ease of use and the intriguing software upgrades, including the machine learning features. These upgrades have been particularly impactful and contribute to my intent to repurchase the software in the future.
