I like that thanks to Superchat we have a clear structured connection for WhatsApp Business and can respond to chats and calls with the help of AI. Before, it was always a bit chaotic because each employee had their own WhatsApp Business, and thanks to Superchat, everything now runs through one program. I find it particularly useful that the AI bot takes over phone and chat inquiries when we are not available, so we can always show the customer that we are "there." Additionally, I found the onboarding by Yael Lazarovic great; it was understandable, very nice, and every question asked was answered excellently. She provided us with a lot of input on what is sensible and what is not.

I like that we can queue up automations that run via WhatsApp, making it nice and easy for our audience—and we get some good data back. I find it pretty easy to set these up with the drag-and-drop interface, which is really intuitive. The app's pretty easy overall, and we were well supported during onboarding by someone called Callum, who was really good.

Convenient for some functions, but the contractual arrangements are unclear. The assistance after contact suggests subscription plans that are not used to make you spend more.
