Stratafolio solved my real estate accounting needs using QBO
If I wanted to give the lender a rent roll or provide a CAM reconciliation to a tenant I used to have to create them manually in Excel. I'm so happy I found Stratafolio, it automates all of this and more for my real estate investors and I didn't have to switch my accounting system. The support and the onboarding was outstanding, the team really spends a lot of time making sure you are set up for success.

Complicated Property Management
STRATAFOLIO is unable to fulfil all our requirements in a property management software. The user interface is not fantastic, making it difficult to navigate. It needs to provide all the tools for managing our portfolio.
