The user interface is not fantastic, making it difficult to navigate. It needs to provide all the tools for managing our portfolio. **What do you dislike about STRATAFOLIO?** It needs to be smoother in terms of functionality. Im getting accustomed to it. I have many complaints about STRATAFOLIO. Its a poor software. There are downsides to consider. The integration with QuickBooks isnt simple resulting in work and redundant reporting. **What problems is STRATAFOLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform lacks data analysis capabilities which limit its usefulness in providing business insights. The user interface is cumbersome and not very intuitive making navigation difficult and causing frustration for users. ### 2. The onboarding team were very helpful and patient with us throughout the set up. **What do you dislike about STRATAFOLIO?** The only issue we have is that the report by investor is still not working properly. Part of this is how we have set up our portfolio, but we did disucss this need many months ago. **What problems is STRATAFOLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing the extensive portfolio manually, led to a number of issues with regard to lease management - particularly misssing escalations. Stratafolio forced us to have accurate and up to date documentation for all assets, in the system. ### 3. I'm so happy I found Stratafolio, it automates all of this and more for my real estate investors and I didn't have to switch my accounting system. The support and the onboarding was outstanding, the team really spends a lot of time making sure you are set up for success. **What do you dislike about STRATAFOLIO?** I have not encountered anything I dislike about Stratafolio. **What problems is STRATAFOLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** CAM reconciliations, rent roll reporting, lease administration, and rent escalations. Having a solution to integrate with QB for my real estate lease administration saves time and prevents costly oversights. ### 4. Software is great! **What problems is STRATAFOLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** NNN Reconcilaition - automating the process. Maintenace recording through Work order tracking. Also the fact that they are not always just a response back, they can be videos or screen shots that help me understand even better. The fact that they are always looking for new ideas to help us get in the program what we need proves that they really are customer focused. I also like the work orders to track work done at each rental and the fact I can upload the invoices associated with those. I just started using the invoicing and it is so quick and easy, Jason should of been doing it long ago. His tracking with QB will be so much easier. **What do you dislike about STRATAFOLIO?** It's not as fluid as I would like but I'm getting use to it. I just need to remember the left side is my go to and then I can find what I'm looking for. **What problems is STRATAFOLIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking rent for commercial and personal properties. The fact that everything is in 1 place and not 5 different spreadsheets and 30 different folders on my computer is fantastic. ### 7. Emily and Jennifer have been fun to work with as well as helpful and patient.
