STRATAFOLIO is unable to fulfil all our requirements in a property management software. The user interface is not fantastic, making it difficult to navigate. Im getting accustomed to it. I have many complaints about STRATAFOLIO. Its a poor software. There are downsides to consider. Managing the extensive portfolio manually, led to a number of issues with regard to lease management - particularly misssing escalations. If I wanted to give the lender a rent roll or provide a CAM reconciliation to a tenant I used to have to create them manually in Excel. I'm so happy I found Stratafolio, it automates all of this and more for my real estate investors and I didn't have to switch my accounting system. The quick responses to my questions and truly that no question is a dumb question. Also the fact that they are not always just a response back, they can be videos or screen shots that help me understand even better. The fact that they are always looking for new ideas to help us get in the program what we need proves that they really are customer focused. I also like the work orders to track work done at each rental and the fact I can upload the invoices associated with those. I just started using the invoicing and it is so quick and easy, Jason should of been doing it long ago. His tracking with QB will be so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
