STRATAFOLIO is unable to fulfil all our requirements in a property management software. The user interface is not fantastic, making it difficult to navigate. It needs to provide all the tools for managing our portfolio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It needs to be smoother in terms of functionality. Im getting accustomed to it. I have many complaints about STRATAFOLIO. Its a poor software. There are downsides to consider. The only issue we have is that the report by investor is still not working properly. Part of this is how we have set up our portfolio, but we did disucss this need many months ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I wanted to give the lender a rent roll or provide a CAM reconciliation to a tenant I used to have to create them manually in Excel. I'm so happy I found Stratafolio, it automates all of this and more for my real estate investors and I didn't have to switch my accounting system. The quick responses to my questions and truly that no question is a dumb question. Also the fact that they are not always just a response back, they can be videos or screen shots that help me understand even better. The fact that they are always looking for new ideas to help us get in the program what we need proves that they really are customer focused. I also like the work orders to track work done at each rental and the fact I can upload the invoices associated with those. I just started using the invoicing and it is so quick and easy, Jason should of been doing it long ago. His tracking with QB will be so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
