The integration with Netsuite is very helpful especially the stacks journal posting and the flux AI analysis. We have a good support team from stacks who help when there is an issue. UX/UI is very friendly

Twelve-day close to a half-day close. Stacks was a material part of that. I bought it for automated bank rec and JE upload and assumed I'd ignore the close calendar. The close calendar is one of the best things in it — one view of what's done, what's left, and who owns it, across six subsidiaries in NetSuite OneWorld. The JE upload being Excel-native is the sleeper feature; it effectively gives NetSuite the mass-edit capability it's never had, including for entries Stacks didn't create. The broader upside is structural. Stacks doesn't make the last days of the close faster. It takes work off the last days entirely, so there's nothing left to compress. Close stops being a special event and becomes a Tuesday.

Documentation for monthly closing procedures is kept all in one place, which is super helpful. It makes it easier to build an audit trail and to harmonize processes across different entities, especially when using agents to automate recurring tasks. The product is also easy to onboard to and get started with. Stacks is very open to customization requests; we feel heard, and we’re looking forward to continuing to build a more efficient finance department.
