The communication was clear and professional, and they made sure the situation was handled properly. Beyond that, the platform itself is actually very useful for working with micro creators. It simplifies the process of finding and managing collaborations, and makes campaign execution much smoother compared to doing it manually. Overall, while my first experience wasn’t perfect, I’m satisfied with how it was resolved and I can see the real value of the platform.
