The team has been amazing since the start. For every question, they had an answer. For every problem, a solution. Communication was always immediate and goal oriented. It is very much a team atmosphere with all the help from my team (Shreya, Ameeta, Sreeram, Indu, Ruchi, and many others). The onboarding process with setting up the initial site was a seamless operation. From the quick check in meetings to the final product the team was there to help every step of the way. The AI Scribe was a definite bonus. I have worked with other AI options and none of them compared to the user friendly interface and accuracy through documentation. For a smaller organization such as mine, the software performs fantastic for what we need.

Additionally, I find the scheduling text message reminders great for cutting down on cancellations, and customizing the schedule's insurance colors makes it easier to identify. Their customer service feels more individualized compared to previous experiences.
