SpotOn is a very user-friendly system for both front and back of house. The reporting is comprehensive, and the support has been incredible—special shout-out to Evan Gray, our Client Success Partner, who is outstanding and a very strong reason we stay with SpotOn. The integration options make a huge difference, and the competitive SaaS and rates also help in a tough market. On top of that, the system has been very reliable, with only minimal issues.

I really like how SpotOn is easy to use. The point of sale system is intuitive and highly customizable, which has been great for us. Having the rewards platform integrated with the built-in GoTo app is another thing I appreciate, as it ensures customers placing orders online can still benefit from rewards points.
