I really appreciate SpotOn's support staff, they've been there from the start and make any transition smooth. The system is very easy for our staff to use, and their quick assistance during any hiccups is excellent. The SpotOn customer loyalty program is a standout, offering automatic incentives to our regular customers without us needing to do anything. It's also great how SpotOn allowed us to streamline ordering by directing hot and cold food orders to the right kitchen sections. The transition to SpotOn was smooth, even with the initial worries about change, largely thanks to their supportive team. Additionally, it offers much deeper functionality in online ordering and processing within our shop.
