As an admin, I value having full control over the functions, including assigning and creating users for different wallets with varying levels of access. The customization options such as different wallets for departments and sub-level card assignments are features I greatly appreciate. The initial setup was very easy once the training was completed, helping me understand the dynamics quickly.

I really like the immediacy for recharging and the flexibility of usage limitations of Soldo. I also appreciate the control it offers, such as the ability to decide how much to make available to employees and to prohibit withdrawals and fuel purchases. It is useful to be able to prohibit certain geographical areas for protection against potential fraud. Furthermore, I find the receipt scanning function very convenient to attach for each expense. Even though I am not currently using the approval cycle, I know that the expense report could be filled out for reimbursement.

The digital receipt capture is an added advantage, and I find the accounting and software integrations with Sage very helpful for streamlining bookkeeping and reconciliation. Having multiple card types, both virtual and physical, in different currencies is really useful, and I feel reassured by the enhanced security that allows cards to be instantly frozen or cancelled if lost or compromised. The detailed reporting and budgets help create wallets for departments and the facility for specialized cards like fuel cards is beneficial. I also found the initial setup to be very simple and user-friendly.
