A good Softphone Solutions for Call Center
I really liked the simple UI for the Softphone for our team members as it makes the operation easy and shows them their statistics. The ease of deployment was also impressive, as it was very easy to install the app on our domain computers, create accounts for our members, and automatically push the SIP accounts, making it easy to integrate with our SIP server. Now, SoftPhone Pro is an essential tool in our day-to-day operations to provide customer support for our call center customers.
