A good Softphone Solutions for Call Center
I realy Liked the Simple UI for the Softphone for Our Team Members as it makes the operation easy and shows them their statistics. and the Ease of deployment, as it was too easy to install the app on our domain computers, and creates account to our members and pushes the SIP accounts automatically so it was easy to intigrate with our SIP Server. now SoftPhone Pro is an esintial tool in our day to day operations to provide customer support for out Call Cetner Customers.

Softphone has excellent support for their product, not that we had to use it too much, the product is quite straightforward and intuitive.

This will not suit you and your business only if you need a desktop phone.
If there were problems, it was only on the part of the SIP provider.
