Useful Support for Our Outbound Sales Process
Having an external team dedicated uniquely to prospecting and appointment setting has been the main benefit for us. You can use this to provide internal team additional support without having to be on top of all outbound outreach yourself. I also value being able to talk about targeting and outreach as the engagement develops. Communication has been clear and collaboration, in general, is easy to handle.

Useful Support for Building Outbound Activity
A prospecting team is quite useful, especially, I’ve found, because we don’t have to give it a second thought. It increases our capability to generate leads and set appointments without overburdening our internal teams with all that work. I think it is great that the engagement is collaborative. We can identify our target audience and how to reach them out, and then modify as we make progress. The communication was clear and the team easy to work with.

The most significant positive for me has to be the shift that we experienced after that initial ramp-up period. The difference became apparent from the first month of being up and running, and has resulted in a very strong picture for us overall. Understand that the team did not go down the road of unnecessarily complicating their process and continued to focus solely on that which was agreed upon around sales outsourcing, more so call center work. They have been instrumental in keeping the engagement flowing and adjusting to our new normal as we worked through the coordination of early efforts.
