## Social Bloom Reviews
  ### 1. Strong Support for Our Outbound Efforts.

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

I like that the Social Bloom team targets prospecting and appointment setting. By letting someone else handle this part of our sales process, we don’t make our own internal team conduct every single outreach pass. Our talks have been easy and we have been able to talk about targeting and outreach changes throughout the work. Up to now, a handy partner for outbound.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

A key sphere for advancement was the earliest phase alignment. The team must spend a little time ensuring that the targeting and approach to outreach is in line with what we expect. At the beginning, aligning more on the ideal prospect and messaging used could increase efficiency in initial phase.

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

For enhancing their B2B Lead Generation and B2B Appointment Setting, I would suggest any company hire Social Bloom for extra assistance. Having a clearly defined target audience and mapped sales process is a good idea before engaging with them, as it makes it easier for their team to align outreach. We have been dealing with them for the last three months. In general, I had a good experience with the group.

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The appointment-setting work was not as per our standard delivery and our outbound sales activity needed additional help to find more relevant B2B prospects. Our internal team is already engaged in other tasks, making it challenging to manage prospecting at every stage. We found Social Bloom on Clutch and after seeing their reputation there we decided to reach out to them. They have been aiding us with our Sales Outsourcing, B2B Lead Generation, and B2B Appointment Setting for three months now.

  ### 2. A Useful Extension of Our Outbound Team.

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

Having an external team focused on prospecting and initial sales outreach has been the most useful thing to us. With this, our internal team gets extensive support without needing to do everything. I also value the frequent communication about targeting and outreach. The team can connect for course correction whenever needed for changes in lessons or deliverables, as may be required.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

By far the hardest part for us early on was the intense adjustment time. We quickly had to learn from each other to get fully aligned on the right prospect and right outreach approach for this business. A precise alignment of focus and messaging could assist in the situation.

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

My recommendation for B2B companies needing extra sales capacity for lead generation and appointment setting is Social Bloom. Having a clear idea of your ideal customer and sales goals before you get started on the social bloom is helpful. Our engagement is still intact. Based on the first 3 months, I have found it useful partnership to aid our outbound efforts.

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We sought outside assistance in our outbound sales efforts, with a special focus on prospect research, B2B lead generation, and appointment setting. The whole prospecting process wasn’t a good use of the internal team’s time since they’ve got other clients to manage and sales to engage. We discovered Social Bloom through Clutch and decided to work with them based on what we saw about them. We have been associated with Social Bloom for three months for Sales Outsourcing, B2B Lead Generation, and B2B Appointment Setting.

  ### 3. Useful Addition to Our Sales Process.

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

The most helpful part has been having a team assigned to support the prospecting part of our selling. The focus is on finding prospects, supporting outreach, not expecting the internal team to handle all things alone. I appreciate that the collaboration is truly a partnership; if anything needs tweaking, we can discuss targeting and outreach. Until now, communication was pragmatic and the team has been easy to get along with.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

At first, we had a bit of a learning curve determining the correct targeting and outreach approach for our business. It took several correspondence before common ground was found. I’d have liked to get that alignment established a bit quicker, but it certainly has become smoother over the course of engagement.

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

Social Bloom is a business I would consider for companies that need external support with B2B prospecting. I would suggest having a well-defined target customer and clear expectations for the sales process before diving into the engagement. We have been using it for almost three month now and ongoing and overall I have been happy with it so far

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was more that our team desired help with outbound prospecting, especially B2B lead generation and appointment setting. We didn't want our in-house team spending all of its time researching prospects and managing initial outreach, so we looked for an external partner that could take on part of that work. We discovered Social Bloom on Clutch and, because of their relationship with our industry, we decided to go with them. We have been working together for three months for Sales Outsourcing, B2B Lead Generation, and B2B Appointment Setting.

  ### 4. Good Support for Outbound Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

Our outbound prospecting efforts now have added structure which is the biggest positive. Social Bloom primarily concentrates on B2B Lead Generation and Appointment Setting. Their team, on the other hand, is managing the outreach process on a daily basis rather than simply providing them with a contact list. I am also glad to know that we’ll be able to review targeting and outreach changes as the engagement unfolds. Communicating is straight forward and having extra support on this front, has facilitated the sales process and made it easy for us, the team.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

The first alignment took a while. Prior to feeling completely aligned on the right approach to outreach, the target audience, and prospect criteria needed to be understood. It's not uncommon when a company outsources a sales engagement. But, I would expect some light back-and-forth at this stage. If more experiences were refined at the outset, would this help the processes to be smoother?

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

I would suggest Social Bloom to B2B companies requiring additional help with lead generation and appointment setting, and who already know who they will be targeting. Come prepared with your ideal customer profile, sales goals, and expectations for outreach. That'd be my advice. We have been engaged for the past three months and overall it has been good.

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to enhance our outbound sales activity without loading our entire prospecting work onto our internal team. We primarily required assistance in finding B2B prospects and generating more opportunities for sales conversations. We discovered Social Bloom through Clutch and were impressed enough with their reputation and service offering to choose to work with them. For the past three months they have been supporting us with Sales Outsourcing, which predominantly includes B2B Lead Generation and B2B Appointment Setting. Having an outside team focused on these activities has helped take some of the prospecting off our team.

  ### 5. Helpful Support for B2B Sales Outreach.

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

Definitely, Social Bloom is a lead generation firm that we trust with the business. I like their emphasis on outbound prospecting and appointment scheduling clearly. Their team is involved in the lead-generation process and helps us add more structure around how we reach out.

Communication has mostly been straightforward and they have been receptive to discussions on targeting and outreach as engagement has progressed. Another positive aspect for us is that we have gained an extra pair of hands in our internal team. We have a third party or someone who works with us right from the initial prospecting stage.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

The targeting/outreach strategy is being completely transformed through complete alignment between strategy and execution. To do this, we must work together to filter the right prospects and messaging. Be clear on what your audience and purpose are right at the start of the Communication

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

Firms needing support with B2B Lead Generation or B2B Appointment Setting to scale their sales capacity without handling all prospecting in-house should take a look at Social Bloom.

We have been engaged for three months only so far, but it has been positive. Establishing a clear target audience, sales goals and expectations will streamline onboarding and alignment process.

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Verve for Advertisers, we had our own outbound sales team but needed extra help with B2B lead generation and appointment setting. We needed a good team that could support us with that part of the process as internally prospecting takes a lot of time.

We discovered Social Bloom from Clutch, and with the reputation there we felt confident to chat. We have been partnering with them for sales outsourcing for the past three months; specifically for B2B lead generation and setting appointments. Our team has received support due to the engagement and it is allowing us to focus on our client sales and responsibilities.

  ### 6. Strong Support for a Newly Launched Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

One of the biggest positives for us has been generating leads. We were a new Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Start-Up Company and our website was in its infancy stages with everything we still needed to learn but Social Bloom began sending better leads within the first week. That was a vital boost of morale to start off our campaign as they got us going.

And they regularly write about what they are working on, which I also appreciate. They CC the founder, CEO and any other pertinent people on these emails so every single person is aware of what is going well and what's happening with the campaigns. From my experience, their team been professional and cared about providing effective sales support rather than just creating activity.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

Their pricing is at the high end for a newly launched company so this was something we needed to think hard about before proceeding. It also took time to align on our targeting and expectations since we were still more developing stage as a business. Still, the service and initial results are good enough that we've been able to justify more of the cost. I would say make sure you go into the engagement with a solid budget, target market and expectations

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

I would recommend Social Bloom to organizations that require assistance putting together an outbound sales process, especially companies who are interested in B2B Lead Generation or B2B Appointment Setting. In our case, we had just right around 6 months since we had really launched Ndreamstr so it was useful to have someone else working on lead gen so we could accelerate things.

Eliminate any chance of confusion by stating your target market and business goal upfront, and ensure that all internal stakeholder are involved in reporting. The periodic reports were also practical for stakeholders and kept our founder, CEO and other non-technical team members in the loop. While Social Bloom is not the cheapest option for a fledgling business, we can say that further to our experience – it has provided solid value.

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our biggest gives backs when we started a new company, was that we launched Ndreamstr in May 2026, while building the foundation of anything a bit slow. We had some requirements around lead generation and appointment setting as well as needing to get our website and general marketing presence up. Being a startup, we did not have a predictable inbound flow of prospects so establishing an outbound process became essential for us.

We partnered with Social Bloom for Sales Outsourcing, out-bound Email Marketing, Call Center Services, B2B Lead Generation and B2B Appointment Setting. We wanted a partner that could get us in-market generating leads while we built out the rest of the business.

  ### 7. Practical Support for B2B Lead Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | Customer Success Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through LinkedIn

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**What do you like best about Social Bloom?**

I love this because it went from B2B lead generation and appointment setting to a lot less vague approach. The team has supported our outbound prospecting process and helped us design a much more structured approach to getting in front of potential business prospects.

The process provides us with even more assistance over this three-month engagement and relieves our internal team of doing every aspect of prospecting themselves. Communication has also been simple which made it easier to talk about targeting, outreach and expectations as the engagement progressed.

**What do you dislike about Social Bloom?**

One area that needed some tweaking was aligning our plan around the who and how of reaching out. It's similar to any process to outsource sales it just takes a little coordination so that targeting and messaging align with the company seamlessly. I suggest spending ample time upfront on finding the right prospects and expectations so that things can be aligned from the start with the campaign.

**Recommendations to others considering Social Bloom:**

I would definitely recommend Social Bloom for companies that need extra help with B2B Lead Generation or B2B Appointment Setting and dont want their own in house team have to do all the prospecting on behalf of your company. From our perspective, having been involved with this for three months or so already the service is most useful when a company has an at least somewhat defined target market and sales process.

We discovered them by Clutch and chose to collaborate with them given their reputation there. For any other companies looking at them, I would recommend being very clear on the client type you are looking for as well as your expectations and sales targets during onboarding. In general, this is my good experience with their support.

**What problems is Social Bloom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Verve For Advertisers needed more help with outbound sales – specifically, prospecting people within B2B and closing qualified conversations. Between the amount of time required to manage lead generation and appointment setting internally, we found that it was far more beneficial for us to utilize sales outsourcing with Social Bloom.

We discovered Social Bloom on Clutch who seemed reputable enough based on their profile that we felt there was a basis for a conversation. We have been in collaboration with them for the last three months providing B2B Lead Generation and B2B Appointment Setting Services exclusively. The biggest value for us has been having an outside team handling the prospecting and appointment-setting tasks, while our internal team can remain focused on client and sales efforts.
