SmartCarePlus is a pharmacy management platform that enables pharmacies to manage daily operations and communicate with patients via WhatsApp.
The platform allows pharmacies to create a public profile with branding, address, contact details, location, delivery services, operating hours, and media such as logos and image galleries. Each pharmacy receives a unique QR code that patients can scan to view the profile directly in WhatsApp.
Pharmacies can receive medicine orders through WhatsApp, send automated dosage reminders for patients with prescriptions, and schedule refill reminders to increase repeat purchases. All patient communications are handled via WhatsApp.
SmartCarePlus supports digital invoice generation in 10–15 seconds. It includes full inventory and stock management features such as tracking of multiple batches, expiry dates, low stock alerts, and support for multiple packaging types of the same product.
The system also offers tools for managing customers and suppliers. In the purchase management module, pharmacies can record purchases, apply schemes (e.g., discounts or free quantities from suppliers), and automatically update stock levels.
Direct messaging is supported between pharmacy staff and patients using the SmartCarePlus web or mobile app, with all messages sent and received through WhatsApp.
The platform is available on Android (via Google Play) and accessible via web browser on desktop and iOS devices.
Currently, SmartCarePlus is optimized for pharmacies, with planned expansion to include support for clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic labs.
