DBConvert is a family of desktop tools for one-time database migration (DBConvert) and scheduled synchronization (DBSync) between MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MS Access, FoxPro, Firebird, IBM DB2 and their cloud versions (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL). Each tool is dedicated to a specific source/target pair - for example DBConvert for Access and MySQL - and converts schema, data, indexes and views with filtering, customization and scheduling. Built by SLOTIX s.r.o. since 2001, with 2,300+ customers over 25 years.
DBConvert Streams is a database migration and replication tool that transfers data between MySQL and PostgreSQL databases. It functions in two modes: one-time data migration and continuous replication using Change Data Capture (CDC). The software reads from source databases and writes to targets across different environments including cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises installations. It includes a web interface for configuration and monitoring, plus a REST API for automation. The system handles schema conversion between different database types automatically and operates on Linux environments through either Docker containers or binary installation.
