SimpleVox is a cloud-based phone service designed for small businesses and individual service providers. It provides each user with a local or ported phone number, routes incoming calls according to configurable schedules and groups, and records voicemails when calls are unanswered. Recorded calls and voicemails are transcribed automatically, and the resulting text, along with caller information and any identified follow-up tasks, is stored in a web dashboard. Users can access their call history, read or search transcripts, and export data as needed. SimpleVox also supports automated SMS notifications for missed calls and simple interactive voice response (IVR) menus. All settings and call logs are managed through a browser-based interface or mobile app.
