Easy of use and hands on help. Easy Start up

It really does have all the options I need to sell tickets for events that we have at our business.

We are a small startup in a very rural area and SimpleTix has been nothing short of amazing. From intuitive design that makes it easy for us not so tech savvy folks to set up an account and events. It's like it was made specifically for the business we are trying to do, even though we are extremely specialized. And if for some reason we do goof something up, the support is PHENOMENAL. Even Amazon, in its prime (pun intended) couldn't hold a candle to these guys. There is only one other company that has ever impressed me so much with their customer service. I think I've had to contact them twice, and both times they were SO fast to get back to me. They also fixed my problem fast, but even if they hadn't, a company that gets back to you and keeps you in the loop as a problem is being solved...that's practically unheard of these days. MORE PEOPLE NEED TO USE SIMPLETIX because if ever there was a tech company that deserved support..it's this one!
