I stopped obsessing over "big wins" and started tracking consistency

One thing I genuinely liked is how repetitive the process becomes in a good way. After maybe the tenth order, I stopped reacting emotionally to every sale and started paying attention to consistency instead. I could clearly see which pages convert better, which campaigns waste money, and how small adjustments affect the balance over time.

Simple System That Reveals Powerful Customer Behavior Insights

What I did not expect is how much attention it forces on small things. After a few orders, I started noticing patterns - which pages people stay on, where they drop off, how pricing changes affect behavior. The system itself is simple, but it gives you enough visibility to actually learn from those details.

It made me notice the gaps in my own thinking

The system does not hide anything. When an order comes in, you see it, you process it, and later you see the commission reflected. That clarity exposed a lot of my own mistakes. I could not blame "the platform" because the steps are straightforward.

What is Sellvia?

Sellvia is a magazine distributor specialising in online sales and serving as a bridge between publishers and e-tailers. It works with hundreds of Dutch and foreign publishers who supply their magazines daily. The publishers themselves manage the content of their own magazines on the Sellvia platform. E-tailers join the same platform, which gives them access to an online magazine shelf with thousands of titles covering several categories and subcategories. Sellvia provides complete stock management for the publishers. It gives e-tailers all the content and takes care of order fulfilment. Customers order magazines through affiliated e-tailers – Sellvia’s sales partners. Eventually, these orders arrive at Sellvia and from there the magazines are sent directly to the sales partners’ customers.
