The best thing about Rival is their team and how much they really want to help and support my business. I've heard many times before that a supplier would be an "extension of my team", but Rival really makes it happen. It's just at a different level. The second best thing is their technology and how well they do conversational insights. It's a great innovation in the research world and allows me to talk with my audiences in a very authentic way.

From a consumer perspective the platform is very intuitive and truly helps us meet our users where they are. I love how modern the look and experience is. We also get survey responses so quickly and it's been extremely helpful especially when we have quick turnaround times.
