User-Friendly and Comprehensive for Property Management
I like that ResMan is very user-friendly. It's great for completing budget variance notes because even though they are time-consuming, ResMan gives you the ability to click on a line item and drill down further into the current month's expenses or year-to-date expenses. This allows me to make comments directly in the form about what I find during my research, making it a kind of one-stop-shop to accomplish everything without having to switch to other platforms or integrate spreadsheets. It solves a lot of problems that other software doesn't have the capability to handle.

Resman’s Drag-and-Drop Reports Make Everything Easy
You can easily generate a report for just about anything. And if it’s a report you use regularly, the drag-and-drop feature is amazing!
