I like using ResMan to track, help, and contact residents and prospects. It makes it easier to interact and gives a better sense of professionalism. I like the layout and how easy and navigable it is. The mass communication feature is great because I'm able to reach out to many residents easily. The initial setup was super easy with help from an IT team who showed all the steps.
