I really like that Relay.app is super easy to use; you don't need to have a technology background to figure it out. It's incredibly powerful, too, and it works to make automations as inexpensive as possible, sometimes even free. Another thing I love is Jacob, who runs Relay.app, does an amazing job educating not just me but also my staff and, honestly, I think the world on how to use these kinds of workflow tools. Plus, it connects to all of our tools like Salesforce, Claude, and Slack, and they've got a ton of connectors. It's pretty impressive.
It's everything I wanted Zapier to be, but better. Jacob, the CEO, is also incredibly helpful and has hopped on multiple calls with me. He personally set up workflows for me, and it’s one of the easier tools to use and fun to troubleshoot with the app.
