A complete ticketing solution

It’s a complete ticketing solution with user friendly accessibility. In addition, you do not need to be a professional technical person in order to configure Live Agent and creating the macros, which is helpful. Moreover the report which is generated from Live agent is very detailed and help us to track down employees' progress and productivity.

I appreciated how reliable all of LiveAgent's functions were, providing all the benefits we needed for effective customer response management. A supportive collaboration tool for organized ticketing and customer communication.

What I like most about LiveAgent is its ease of use. The ability to categorize tickets by support department or project made it easy to quickly identify and route tasks to the appropriate party.
