The new UI is very nice but I feel like I lost some power in filtering and sorting. It isn’t as user friendly as before as now it’s hard for me to figure out like what exactly is my service history especially 30 days.

I like how easy it is to navigate, and I can track my customers daily, weekly, or even monthly. The information I enter is saved and easy to access. I can go back to a specific date and see how I assisted a customer, and retrieve their information if I've forgotten it. It is very quick to pull up stored records. The setup and transfer were easy as I heard from my team, although I wasn't directly involved in the setup process. Overall, it's an efficient tool that helps me manage customer interactions smoothly.
