Qadar AI Shield is an AI security and governance platform that gives organizations visibility into and control over how employees use AI tools. It discovers which AI applications (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot) are used — in the browser via Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on Windows, macOS, and Linux, and on macOS through a native desktop agent — and detects when sensitive data such as financial data, personal data, source code, or credentials is entered into them. Security and compliance teams can define and enforce usage policies, from monitoring to warning, blocking, or restricting specific tools. The platform includes a browser extension (Shield Web), an administration console (Shield Control), and a macOS desktop agent (Shield Desktop), with user consent controls and audit logging that support compliance with frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO/IEC 42001, and the NIST AI RMF.
