What stands out to me is that it's user-friendly and easy to understand, so I’ve been able to train myself and other team members effectively, getting them gradually onboard. I appreciate the tutorials that align with what you need to do, allowing you to handle tasks yourself. I love the service provided, as it's helpful whenever we have questions or need guidance. Another thing I appreciate is that there's no clunky configuration and no code is required, which makes everything simple. The interface is straightforward, with everything in one spot, making it user-friendly. I also like the search feature, which makes it easy to navigate. It's very supportive and responsive, especially when we use ProductPlan for presentations; it always presents well and facilitates understanding among team members. The integrations are pretty decent too, particularly the integration with Jira, and we're planning to further use webhooks for more automation. Overall, it makes road mapping straightforward and not overwhelming, providing easy digestibility of information.
