Its Autopilot sources across the whole web (not just a profile database), scores every candidate against our criteria, and learns from my thumbs-up/thumbs-down on the first batches. Then it just runs the rest: outreach over email, LinkedIn, a voice AI interviewer that sends me a transcript and reccomendation, and scheduling on my calendar. Also the pricing is one plan with unlimited everything, sourcing, contacts, enrichment, agents, seats. No credits to babysit like we had before. Synced with our ATS and setup took an afternoon.
