I sourced for eight years before this so I’m picky. Every tool claims to search “beyond LinkedIn”, Noon is the first where I could verify it. I’ve had matches surface from personal sites, conference speaker pages, and GitHub profiles with no LinkedIn presence at all. For senior infra roles that’s exactly the pool nobody else is touching. The scoring expectations are specific enough that I can tell why someone ranked high instead of just trusting a number, and when I disagree and downrank someone, the next batch actually reflects it. What do you dislike about Noon?

What problems is Noon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Response rates from senior engineers had cratered for us because everyone’s inbox is full of recruiter spam. Noon finds people other teams aren’t messaging and writes outreach specific enough that they reply. Two of our last three senior hires came from channels we previously had zero presence in. What do you like best about Noon?

We switched over from Juicebox earlier this year and the difference is night and day. Juicebox was a great search engine, but Noon is an actual AI recruiter. Its Autopilot sources across the whole web (not just a profile database), scores every candidate against our criteria, and learns from my thumbs-up/thumbs-down on the first batches. Then it just runs the rest: outreach over email, LinkedIn, a voice AI interviewer that sends me a transcript and reccomendation, and scheduling on my calendar. Also the pricing is one plan with unlimited everything, sourcing, contacts, enrichment, agents, seats. No credits to babysit like we had before. Synced with our ATS and setup took an afternoon. What do you dislike about Noon?

Pricing isnt on the website so you have to book a demo to get a quote, which I get, but I like seeing a number upfront. And each new role has a short calibration period where it wants your feedback before the matches get scary-good, so give it a few days. Neither is a dealbreaker. What problems is Noon solving and how is that benefiting you?

Top-of-funnel used to eat most of my week, boolean strings, digging through profiles, finding emails, chasing follow-ups. With Juicebox we still did all the steps after search ourselves. Noon handles the whole layer: it sources and screens in the background, keeps watching as new candidates hit the market, and only shows me people who clear the bar with evidence for why. Outreach, screening calls, and scheduling happen without me pushing every step, so my time goes to real interviews and closing insted of pipeline generation. Hard-to-fill technical roles get a qualified pipeline in week one, and since seats are unlimited our hiring managers give feedback right in the product, which keeps making the picks better.
