I really enjoy the quick and easily accessible way I can interact with our customers, and how I’m able to assist them when they need help.

Podium help organise reviews, texts and customer interactions without needing to jump between tools all day. The tool is very easy to use and smooth interface and the review request feature also work the better than I expected we started getting more customer feedback consistently after using it for a week.
