Clunky Mass Messaging and Occasional Delivery Issues Hold Back a Helpful Tool

Being able to communicate with customers and having an automated response to let them know that we’ll answer soon, is really helpful. Our staff finds the template feature extremely useful, especially for sending out review invites.
