I really appreciate Podium's intuitive and user-friendly platform. The implementation process was smooth and well-organized, thanks to Naomi Williams, who ensured our data migrated seamlessly and our team was well-prepared. I also want to recognize Landum Markoff, our customer success manager, who has been outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us maximize the platform's value. Whenever questions arise, he's quick to provide answers and guidance, which keeps us moving forward. Additionally, the AI interaction has helped us become more responsive during after hours and weekends. Automating tasks like asking for Google reviews and following up on overdue invoices has been a big plus. Using Podium in a Google campaign recently allowed it to pretty much run itself.
