This capability is significant enough that it would make me consider purchasing NiceJob again. Additionally, when there was an overbilling issue, NiceJob addressed it efficiently by correcting the error and applying a credit to the account, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the new AI response feature being too expensive for me, I recognize its potential value. Overall, these factors contribute to me rating my likelihood of recommending NiceJob to others as a 10 out of 10.
