Important part of our ATS/CRM

It's an integral part of our ATS/CRM and a key feature for our users to be able to consult previous communications with their clients and contacts. Great support and communication. Allowing us to integrate services as we need them. Follow-up by Customer Success Manager, they care about their users. The dashboard has been improving over the years. We had to move away from a service that was shutting down. The transition was smooth without any issues. We're looking forward to using additional services besides the email synchronization we currently use.
